Our technicians and commercial staff work out a cost-optimized offer with the appropriate production technology for you from every inquiry. In an initial feasibility study, critical parameters of your requested parts are pointed out and possible cost reduction potential through geometric adjustments is identified. If the order is placed and all requirements are defined, you will receive a detailed project plan after consultation. Important milestones here are the design and the individual manufacturing and procurement processes. A structured project plan also shows potentials for simultaneous processes. A real time advantage!
The design is carried out on modern CAD workstations. Simulations are used to optimize the material utilization of complex parts. Each part element of our tools is individually tested when it “goes into the steel”. Prototypes and pre-series prove the suitability of our concepts. After your approval, series production can begin.
