Bent parts from planning to series production
In order to be able to produce an optimum bent part for a specific application, an analytical approach, know-how and experience are required. In an initial meeting, our experts will discuss the requirements of your bent part with you. Afterwards the planning of your customized component begins. If necessary, we, as one of the leading manufacturers of bent parts, can of course realise the tools completely in-house in order to be able to manufacture the desired product. For this purpose we use a modern CAD working environment. Since we handle these essential production steps from one source, our customers no longer have to worry about the tiresome and time-consuming coordination of different service providers. In the next step we create prototypes to test the suitability of the product in practice. Only then do we finally transfer the planning data to our automated series production.
